This vehicle has been received for parking services.  5280 Parking, LLC and its agents or assigns may conduct my vehicle for the sole purposes of parking and reposition for storage.  5280 Parking, LLC is not responsible for any article(s) left in the vehicle such article(s) are left at the guest’s risk.  5280 Parking, LLC will not accept ANY responsibility for damage resulting from mechanical failure and / or mechanical failure itself.  The guest upon receiving this claim has agreed to hold harmless 5280 Parking, LLC agents, owners, directors, managers, contractors, or assigns from and all liability for damage to their vehicle even if the damage was caused through negligence of the company.  This contract is construed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Colorado.  This is an agreement between the guest and the company, exclusively.  We are not responsible for fire or theft under any circumstances.  5280 Parking, LLC, or its agents or assigns are NOT in the business of determining a person’s sobriety.  We are NOT responsible for damages or harm resulting from a guest taking possession of their vehicle from our valet service under ANY circumstance. By acceptance of this ticket, you acknowledge the company (5280 Parking, LLC) absence of liability stated herein. All damages must be reported prior to leaving the premises.
